I wanted to take the time to send our family's appreciation for the services of your office and specifically toward your realitors, Bob and Jackie Yamashiro. I chose them randomly from a web search of homes for sale in my area. Little did I know that this would be the start of an adventure, as we all endevoured to find a home well suited for our family. Let me state that our family consists of nine of us, with seven children all 8 and under! We weren't looking for the largest home, just one that would meet our needs. It was soon after our initial search that my husband and I decided to widen our home search in three different areas. We weren't sure if Bob and Jackie would be able to continue to be our realitors, since these searches were in other counties. They didn't hesitate to do what they needed to do in order to stay on as our realitors. I think if memory serves they call that "customer service", which is almost unheard of this day and age. It took several months and three counties later, we have landed in a wonderful small community that is our own little oasis. We appreciated the Yamashiro's detail and expertise to guide us through the sale, to which they should be commended. Yes, it's a "buyer's" market, but it's also a market where little care about the people they serve. We have now been settled over a month, and can not be happier, nor take for granted the service of these wonderful realitors. It is hard to find integrity still alive out there, and our family has been blessed by them!

Brook DeVincenzi and Insight Real Estate were instrumental in finding us our dream home. Having lived in the Bay Area for 30 years, we knew we wanted a slower-paced country environment. Brook was patient with us during our two year search for the perfect house, guiding us toward purchasing our home in El Dorado Hills when market conditions were right.
